These terms explain how we work together when you book a cleaning, with LimeLux Eco Care Cleaning. When you book with us or use our website you accept these terms.
Who We Are
LimeLux Eco Care Cleaning provides eco-friendly residential and commercial cleaning across Milton, Oakville, Burlington, and Mississauga. In these terms, "we," "us," and "our" mean LimeLux Eco Care Cleaning. "You" means the person or business booking a cleaning.
Our Services
We provide cleaning services for homes and offices on one-time, bi-weekly and monthly schedules. What’s included varies depending on the plan you select. If you’re not sure whether a task is covered, ask before we begin.
Quotes and Pricing
Our quotes are based on the size and condition of the space and the details you give us. The final price can change once we see the space in person. We'll confirm the cost with you before we begin.
Booking and Access
Please make sure we can access the space at the booked time, whether by being there, a key, or a code. Please also make sure water and electricity are available. If we can't access the space, a cancellation fee may apply.
Cancellations
If you need to cancel or reschedule please let us know least 24 hours, in advance. If you cancel late or do not show up we may charge a fee to cover the time that was reserved for you.
Payment
Payment is due as agreed for your service or plan. We'll confirm accepted payment methods and billing timing when you book.
Our Satisfaction Guarantee
If something isn't right, tell us within 24 hours and we'll come back to re-clean the areas you're not happy with, at no extra cost. We just ask that you give us the chance to make it right first.
What We Don't Cover
To keep our team safe, some tasks fall outside a standard clean, such as heavy lifting, biohazards, mold, pest issues, or reaching areas that need tall ladders. If your space needs any of this, talk to us first.
Damage and Liability
We treat your space and belongings with care. If we cause damage, tell us within 24 hours. We're not responsible for items that were already worn, loose, or fragile, or for normal wear. Our responsibility for a cleaning is limited to the amount you paid for it.
Your Responsibilities
Please secure valuables, cash, and important documents, point out anything that needs special care, and let us know about safety concerns.
Hiring Our Staff
Our cleaners are part of what makes us good at what we do. Please don't privately hire or contract our staff, or anyone we've introduced you to, for at least 12 months after your last service with us. Talk to us first if you'd like to.

The content on our website belongs to us and may not be copied or reused without our permission.
Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario and the laws of Canada that apply there.
Changes
We may update these terms from time to time. The date at the top shows the latest version.
